This project does not want to set a building, but it tries to characterize the space where it is placed. In order to accomplish this objetive, is necessary to look for permeability with the surroundings. Permeability is searched in every aspect of the building: movement, air flowing, views...
Following this characteristics a buoyant roof that lies on a lightweight structure is proposed. This mechanism allows to conform inner permeable spaces and alternative path that invites people to walk through this new space.
To develop the idea, Giacometti´s work becomes the ideal reference. His sculptures allow him to define clear spaces without the need of closure; the only use of thin elements is enough to let us read them.
Ones this bases are set, the program was carefully analyzed in order to be disposed, answering all the needs of the project. So is conformed a clear welcoming pavilion at the entrance and another two different levels for workers. The lower one would be for exterior works and the upper volume would be for interior works.
